My thoughts on carnations...

I hate carnations... with a mild passion. To me, carnations are about as good as the no-name candy you used to get for Halloween in the orange wrapping. No thanks. I'll pass.

Until...


I was perusing 1-800-Flowers for a birthday gift basket, I came upon this gem.


This item was entitled "a-DOG-able" for $55 at 1-800-Flowers

I couldn't help but die laughing and begin to pine for this item... It's a carnation version of my beloved Duster. This is the one and only time I find carnations acceptable.




The slight resemblance makes me want carnations for the first time in my life. Who would have thought.

Yes, this is the most random post of all time but for those of you who know me, it's perfectly imperfect. :)

I've been a bad, bad blogger...

It's been almost four months since my last post and so much has happened since then. I've scribbled down so many great blog ideas but I've been so busy I haven't taken the time to sit down and do it.
